Waste-2-Value
2. Generation biodiesel for transportation

Daka a.m.b.a, Grundfos A/S, OK a.m.b.a, Dinex Emission Technology A/S, Teknologisk Institut (Danish Technological Institute), Peugeot Danmark and DTU (the Technical University of Denmark) are working together in the Waste-2-Value innovation consortium. The consortium was founded in 2007 and, for the time being, it will run until 2010. The aim of the consortium is to cooperate on extracting second generation biodiesel for the transport sector. This kind of biodiesel is extracted from industrial waste products, including those from slaughterhouses and dairies.
